Payment and delivery conditions

(hereinafter also the “Accommodation Provider”)

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1.1 The User pays for the ordered serv. of the Accommodation Provider in one of the following ways:

a) cash at the Meritum Hotel reception desk,

b) by credit card at the Hotel Meritum reception desk,

c) in cash to the carrier,

d) or online via a payment gateway.

 

Online payments through the payment gateway are for ComHotel s.r.o. is mediated by Comgate a.s. The Service Provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Paying by card is one of the fastest ways to pay online. Enter the card number, expiration date and CVC code into the Comgate payment gateway interface – three numbers that you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard (so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive by SMS from your bank). Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately, we will proceed with the execution of the order without delay.

1.2 The price related to individual services or goods is always stated for each item in the electronic offer list. All prices listed in the price lists include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

1.3 The price for the service may also include a shipping fee (if you choose to import to the given address). The import fee is automatically added to your cart. The import fee is determined after entering the User’s address and is calculated according to the distance of the transport.

 

1.4 If the sent order is not paid through the payment gateway within 30 minutes of sending the order, the order is automatically cancelled.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The ordered goods will be picked up by the user at the hotel or delivered to the delivery address provided. The user will be informed about readiness through the reservation system / by email or phone. The typical time from order dispatch to order readiness is 12 hours.

 

These terms and conditions are valid from 01.12.2024 and are signed for an indefinite period of time.
